📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for customers through phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing sessions • Become a ServiceTitan product expert • Develop creative solutions and workflows aligned with customer needs • Prevent and de-escalate customer escalations • Leverage Salesforce Support Console, internal chatbot, support tools, and resources • Conduct in-depth testing to resolve cases efficiently • Provide comprehensive technical solutions directly to ServiceTitan customers • Resolve customer issues with high quality and speed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical support • Experience in technical support or equivalent experience • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities • Excellent people skills; empathetic, patient, confident, good-humored, and able to interact with diverse personality types • Ability to thrive in a feedback-oriented, rapidly changing environment • Ability to master complex software • Customer-centric mindset and desire to learn • Creative, out-of-the-box solutioning skills • Ability to translate complex technical issues into tangible solutions • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure • Strong written and verbal communication • Team-player orientation • Intelligent, self-motivated, quick-thinking, and fast-learning • Home/Commercial Service Industry knowledge is a plus • Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, and call flow analysis preferred • Understanding of SMS routing, SMPP, delivery receipts (DLRs), and carrier filtering • Brand Registration process knowledge preferred • For Zone 1 compensation: candidate located in CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, or WA • For Zone 2 compensation: candidate located in another US location
