📋 Description

• Assist with the design, development, and installation of software solutions • Write code and document functionality • Build high-quality, innovative, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design • Participate in the software development lifecycle • Develop new features as an integrated team member • Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics • Provide support and consulting on software systems usage • Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards • Participate in Wonderlic, coding assessment, recruiter, engineering, and engineering leadership interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience • Experience working on single page web applications (SPA) • Experience with backend API development • Experience with relational database storage and retrieval • Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience • High standards for quality and defect prevention • Ability to challenge decisions respectfully and commit to decisions once made
