• Lead strategic growth initiatives and shape long-term business strategies • Manage core business development activities and mentor junior team members • Provide market intelligence and oversee complex proposals • Represent the company at high-profile industry events • Prepare sales plans and coordinate the transfer of account ownership • Work with leadership in organizing industry events
🎯 Requirements
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field • 10+ years of experience in a multinational organization • International business exposure in imported consumer products in a sales, program management, or key account management function
