📋 Description

• Responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships within assigned global accounts • Develops and executes global account strategies • Coordinates cross-regional activities • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery • Serve as the primary client contacts, coordinating communication and service delivery across SGS business lines and affiliates • Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with key decision-makers • Manage global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships • Monitor account performance against KPIs and ensure timely delivery of reports, invoices & communications • Resolve service delivery issues and manage claims to maintain strong client relationships • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity impacting the account • Promote the SGS brand, capabilities, and integrity while ensuring compliance with SGS policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, and Business • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management, customer services or other relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years experience in the TIC industry for the relevant business unit • Experience in international / multi-cultural environments • Advanced English required, other language skills are a plus • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and client relationship tracking • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
