📋 Description

• Work with engineers and designers on product teams to improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to uncover growth opportunities and make better business decisions • Support and champion experimentation and decision-making frameworks to launch products quickly and iterate with confidence • Define ICPs and success metrics to align teams around measurable outcomes • Use statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user behavior and business performance • Identify high-impact opportunities through analysis of user journeys, lifecycle behavior, conversion funnels, and financial performance • Contribute data-driven perspectives on impact, trade-offs, and ROI to team and company priorities • Build dashboards, models, and self-service tools to improve visibility into growth and business performance • Collaborate with the Data team to maintain a consistent, shared data layer • Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles in high-growth environments • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python • Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and ICP design • Strong product and business intuition, with the ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, or Product • Comfortable operating independently and leading ambiguous projects from ideation through execution • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions through data and clear reasoning • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail • Curious, fast-moving, and action-oriented in rapidly changing environments • Strong understanding of dashboarding and data visualization tools • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Experience in startup or high-growth consumer environments • Experience with PostHog, Statsig, or Amplitude • Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and modern data stacks • Experience with lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, or growth modeling • Existing Shakepay customer and/or familiarity with the product • Interest in and enthusiasm for Bitcoin and non-sovereign money • English fluency is required
