📋 Description

• Develop outbound prospecting: actively identify, qualify and convert prospects among entrepreneurs, business leaders and high-net-worth clients. • Drive revenue generation: manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through full client onboarding and first deposit. • Structure and optimize your sales funnel: track your activities and conversion rates in HubSpot (or another CRM), with an ongoing focus on performance and efficiency. • Tailor your sales pitch: adjust Shakepay’s positioning to the specific needs of each prospect, whether for crypto treasury, high-volume transactions or long-term BTC accumulation strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, product and support teams to bring back field feedback and refine our go-to-market strategy. • Maintain active market intelligence: closely monitor trends in digital assets, treasury management and financial services to anticipate opportunities and sharpen your sales approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within crypto, fintech, OTC trading or asset management. • A strong track record of performance, consistently exceeding targets and growing strategic accounts. • A solid understanding of crypto markets, investor behavior and institutional client expectations. • Proven experience managing a diverse client base: high-net-worth individuals, hedge funds, family offices, trading firms and companies of all sizes. • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Intercom, Salesforce or HubSpot. • Excellent communication, organization and project-management skills, with a strong bias for initiative and action.
