📋 Description

• Monitor credit union developer accounts on Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console • Provide proactive, ongoing account management • Guide credit unions through agreements, tax and banking information, certificates, and compliance requests • Track open items through resolution and follow up with credit union contacts • Maintain accurate, up-to-date account status records • Test app builds before submission • Submit builds to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for review • Monitor review status and respond to reviewer feedback or rejections • Release approved app versions to credit union members • Maintain a schedule ensuring every credit union app is updated at least quarterly • Communicate update timelines and status updates to internal teams and credit union clients • Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and account requirements • Build and maintain reference guides • Escalate complex account or technical issues when needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • No prior professional experience required; entry-level position • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical steps to non-technical audiences • Comfortable learning new software platforms and tools • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, follow-through approach to problem-solving • Familiarity with Apple App Store Connect or Google Play Console preferred • Exposure to mobile app testing/QA processes preferred • Experience using project or task-tracking tools preferred • Interest in financial technology or credit union services preferred • Candidates may work remotely from anywhere in the United States, except California
