• Drive new business and increase revenue by acquiring and managing retail and e-commerce clients. • Expand Shipcloud's market presence and develop long-term client relationships. • Establish strategic partnerships to support sustained business growth. • Identify and resolve client pain points to optimize e-commerce operations. • Shape and improve sales processes to help transform the organization. • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and tailor solutions. • Present and demo Shipcloud's platform, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, shipping, or logistics services, ideally selling to e-commerce businesses. • Extensive professional network within the e-commerce and fulfillment space. • Deep understanding of e-commerce operations: checkout, delivery expectations, returns management, and customer behavior. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, etc.). • Skilled in consultative selling and problem-solving. • Strong technical aptitude to demo platforms and explain integrations. • Excellent pipeline management skills. • Comfortable with outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. • Entrepreneurial mindset; highly driven by growth, results, and customer satisfaction. • Fluent in German; proficient in English.
