📋 Description

• As a Strategic Account executive, drive expansion within mid-size and enterprise accounts. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive generation activities. • Work seamlessly with our SDR team to nurture and expand the pipeline. • Navigate intricacies within Mid-Size and Enterprise accounts, managing complex sales processes. • Serve as the internal liaison throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment across teams. • Champion our vision through product demonstrations and innovative sales initiatives. • Conduct insightful analysis of customer supply chain and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. • Drive autonomous forecasting and maintain activity management to ensure goal achievement. • Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to foster cohesive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of dynamic experience in B2B Software or Solution sales, with expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Proven proficiency in Challenger Methodology principles and familiarity with the MEDDPICC framework for driving successful, value-based engagements. • Robust sales acumen emphasizing value-driven selling techniques, coupled with a proactive ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships with ease. • Proven capacity to thrive in environments characterized by rapid growth and innovation; adept at building initiatives and processes from the ground up. • Required professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
