📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and strategically expand a portfolio of high value EPC accounts • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with target accounts in the utility solar market • Lead and orchestrate intricate, multi-million dollar sales engagements • Meet and consistently exceed ambitious, yet achievable, sales quotas • Become an expert on the Shoals value proposition • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain meticulous pipeline management in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a quota-carrying, complex solution sales role • Direct experience selling technical products, equipment, or solutions in the utility-scale solar, BESS, or renewable energy markets • Existing relationships with major EPCs are highly advantageous • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or a related field is preferred
