📋 Description

• Support a productive Oracle HCM environment with a focus on Core HR • Perform functional issue analysis and incident resolution • Configure and implement smaller changes and new features • Conduct root cause analysis for more complex issues • Support Oracle Service Requests • Assess impacts from Oracle quarterly releases • Support testing and regression testing • Functionally triage and route topics to other Oracle specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience • Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR • Experience in productive application support • Hands-on experience with bug fixing and root cause analysis • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration and enhancements • Experience with quarterly releases and testing • Confident communication with business and IT stakeholders • Very good English skills • Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle Help Desk • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules • Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle SRs • Nice-to-have: Previous experience as HCM Lead or Service Lead
