📋 Description

• Service MR imaging equipment in the Detroit, MI area • Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management • Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately • Participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years of field service experience is desired • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment • Ability to work individually and in an established team setting • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for client-site access • May be required to complete background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and work alone • Must comply with Fleet Safety Policy, including no prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
