📋 Description

• Identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CT • Provide product support either remotely or on-site, internationally at times, including Canada and Latin America • Dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan • Share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees • Drive individual KPIs to meet customer/business needs • Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned • Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, develop corrective action, and present it to TST 4 and/or management

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required. • More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT • Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications • Good communication skills • SAP knowledge preferred • Valid passport is required • High proficiency in English; Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish • Ability to work First Shift Options: Thursday - Sunday 11:30 - 22:00 ET or Friday - Monday 09:00 - 19:30 ET • Both shifts are 4x10 hours shift • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
