• Lead outbound campaigns to actively promote and sell membership-based products. • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted account strategies. • Own and drive revenue targets for the Executive Councils. • Lead full sales cycles from discovery through close, including expansion opportunities. • Engage VP-level and C-suite executives across public and private sector organizations. • Conduct full discovery to understand priorities, risks and strategic challenges. • Position our Executive Councils as peer-based solutions to organizational goals. • Partner with Council leaders, research teams to align member needs with offerings. • Leverage industry insights and collaborate with marketing and business development to refine targeting and messaging. • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems. • Use data to prioritize opportunities and guide account planning. • Ensure a high-quality, professional experience across all stages of buyer journey. • Act as an ambassador for Signal49 Research with executive audiences. • Commitment to producing high quality work and demonstrating professional values in all aspects of work and interactions with colleagues and customers.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales. • Completion of post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or sales related discipline. • Proven record of prospecting for new business by actively executing regular outbound sales activity (calls, emails, securing booked appointments). • Demonstrated experience selling intangible, consultative, or SaaS adjacent/solution driven offerings. • Proven experience building excellent client relationships to the VP-level and C-suite decision makers. • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance objectives. • Advanced communication skills, both orally and written. • Proficiency using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track activity. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset. • Familiarity with sales outreach tools, Sales Navigator, and digital sales workflows. • Through a combination of experience and natural ability has developed a high degree of competence in: Communication - Confident, relevant, creative, professional, business acumen that adapts appropriate to situation Negotiation – Ability to drive negotiation discussions to work in your favor Networking - Identifies the customer’s buying centre, builds connections and can work with various internal departments to ignite interest and confirmed meetings Ownership - Completes tasks, strives for excellence, and takes initiative while being resourceful. Planning, Accountability and Execution - Creates, defines, and executes with clear and realistic objectives to reach individual and team objectives • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Bilingualism in both English and French is an asset.
