📋 Description

• Act as a Senior Java Developer / Lead Engineer developing and implementing high-quality projects and solutions for customers • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using cutting-edge technologies • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Java-based applications using Spring Boot • Architect and design robust and scalable software solutions that adhere to industry best practices and principles • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional growth • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following established coding standards and design patterns • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and performance • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure rigorous testing • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into the development process • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of software increments

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Java development • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and implementing microservices architecture • Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including database design and optimization • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget • Exposure and knowledge of IGA domain would be a good to have, but not mandatory • Experience in architecture and leading development (architecture experience questions on application) • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers • Experience participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
