📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, introducing personalized shutdown plans, guiding clients through the dissolution process, and addressing queries and concerns • Capture, document, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client issues • Use Slack, Google Suite, Notion, and other remote tools for communication and documentation • Develop an understanding of services, processes, and legal requirements related to company shutdowns • Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism • Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and information • Provide accurate and timely client progress updates • Maintain organized and accurate records of company dissolution activities • Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal counsel to ensure legal and regulatory compliance • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Start-up experience preferred • Ability to multitask and follow through on projects • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Experience in operations, legal, or accounting a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
