📋 Description

• Define and implement program governance and controls, including status reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and required program routines • Monitor and manage program milestones, risks, issues, and decisions • Drive decision-making processes and program-level issue resolution and risk mitigation • Work with leadership and technical leads to staff and resource the program • Manage budgeting, forecasting, program financials, and procurement reporting • Define roles and responsibilities aligned with staffing plans • Own end-to-end program delivery and quality • Drive stakeholder engagement and create and deliver executive reporting • Ensure program alignment to statements of work and manage scope changes • Monitor customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability • Coach and mentor project managers and other team members • Create and manage long-term goals for the program or project portfolio • Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of program resources • Act as liaison between program staff and upper management/executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field required • Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required • Minimum 5 years of active Program Management experience • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience • Experience working with financial customers • Salesforce CRM software experience • Experience managing, tracking, and forecasting financials and budgets for large-scale programs • Excellent understanding of the contract process • Ability to manage contract modifications and negotiate contract scope, cost, and schedule • Good understanding of supply chain processes • Ability to work independently and track program timelines • Strong team skills • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • PMP certification preferred • Experience working in multi-site/global environments is a plus
