📋 Description

• Design and execute quantitative and mixed methodology projects from start to finish • Act as primary client contact and manage projects from brief to final delivery • Delegate and review questionnaire editing, field monitoring, data cleaning, and tab checking • Oversee scripting, fieldwork, and supplier management while meeting project timelines and budgets • Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations • Create compelling reports and presentations that bring data stories to life • Present engaging presentations that drive actionable outcomes • Moderate qualitative research, including IDIs and shop-alongs • Support business growth through excellent project execution and client relationship development • Collaborate independently and with team experts and specialized teams across Explorer and Savanta

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience, preferably agency side, in all phases of a quantitative or mixed methodology project, from initiation to completion • Strong competency across the research lifecycle and insight techniques • Experience designing sample plans, questionnaires, and analysis frameworks • Deep understanding of data analysis for insights generation • Client relationship-building experience • Ability to operate independently and manage projects without extensive support • Ability to develop and nurture client relationships and articulate insights to clients • Experience using large datasets and SPSS, R, Stata, or similar statistical software is beneficial but not essential • Experience managing or mentoring team members is beneficial but not essential • Experience moderating qualitative IDIs, shop-alongs, or similar research is beneficial but not essential • Must be unable to require visa sponsorship; the employer is unable to offer visa sponsorship
