📋 Description
• Administer and support enterprise endpoint environments • Provide advanced technical support for physical and virtual endpoints • Act as a point of escalation for endpoint management • Collaborate with security and application teams for endpoint solutions • Design and maintain Intune configuration profiles • Monitor patch compliance and investigate failures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in endpoint management • Proven experience supporting enterprise Windows Endpoint environments • Hands-on with endpoint patch management tools like Automox • Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance requirements • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Familiarity with ITIL-based service management
