📋 Description

• Telephone-based prospecting of potential new customers. • Conducting structured initial calls to analyze needs. • Phone outreach to existing contacts in the system. • Consistent follow-up and scheduling of appointments for our Strategy Advisors. • Planning as well as preparation and follow-up for appointments. • Careful maintenance of customer data in our CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training (any field) is an advantage but not required. • Ability to follow existing systems and processes precisely. • Strong communication skills and a polished manner of expression in business‑fluent German, both spoken and written. • High level of discipline and willingness to conduct a productive, phone-focused workday. • A good sense for understanding the person on the other end. • Independent, disciplined work style in a remote environment and the ability to deliver full performance without daily presence supervision. • A quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection. • Confident use of common PC applications.
