📋 Description

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospective new customers • Conduct structured initial conversations to analyze customer needs • Contact existing leads and contacts in the system by telephone • Consistent follow-up and appointment scheduling for strategy consultants • Plan and prepare for appointments, including post-appointment follow-up • Carefully maintain customer data in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in any field is an advantage, but not required • Ability to follow established systems and processes precisely • Strong communication skills and clear, professional expression • Fluent German, both spoken and written • High level of discipline and willingness to spend the working day productively on the phone • Strong ability to read and understand the person you are speaking with • Independent and disciplined approach to work in a remote environment • Ability to perform at a high level without daily in-person supervision • Quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection • Proficiency in common PC applications
