📋 Description

• Administer and enhance Okta, including designing SSO, MFA, and complex Lifecycle Management strategies • Develop and maintain high-scale automated workflows using Okta Workflows, REST APIs, and identity orchestration tools • Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and access governance • Contribute to enterprise IAM strategy, Zero Trust architecture, and RBAC policies • Evaluate and lead technical onboarding of new SaaS tools against security, compliance, and integration standards • Partner with InfoSec, HRIS, and other business units • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis; serve as escalation point for complex platform issues • Contribute to enterprise systems roadmaps and tool selection • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency • Author technical standards, system configurations, and procedural runbooks • Participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT or systems engineering • At least 2 years of deep, hands-on experience specifically in Okta administration • Strong command of SSO protocols: SAML, OIDC, and OAuth • Experience integrating and securing major SaaS platforms in a high-growth, regulated environment • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Postman, and Okta Workflows • Expert ability to work with REST APIs for complex system integration and data orchestration • Extensive experience in an Agile, sprint-based environment • Experience utilizing Jira for sprint planning and progress tracking • Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification listed as nice to have • Familiarity with identity governance tools or privileged access management listed as nice to have • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools listed as nice to have • Familiarity with professional ITSM frameworks and service delivery processes listed as nice to have • Mentoring and architectural discussion contributions listed as nice to have
