📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees • Process multi-state timesheets weekly and generate related reports • Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets and reports on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules • Audit and update employee records to ensure HRIS data integrity • Prepare and file year-end forms such as W-2s and ensure statutory filing deadlines are met • Manage and reconcile 401(k) contributions against payroll registers • Serve as a primary contact for payroll inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources • Support special payroll and HR projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role • Demonstrated understanding of US payroll legislation and state employment laws • Experience with ADP payroll systems is an asset • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office • Experience with Workday or Deltek Vantagepoint is considered an asset • FCP or CPP Certification preferred • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Experience working as part of a Human Resources team is an asset • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
