📋 Description

• Identify and engage talent for the Engineering & Product teams, aligned with our mission of reducing healthcare costs. • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, and calibrate sourcing approaches as needed. • Lead creative strategies to uncover and drive talent to the company, building proactive relationships with passive candidates. • Maintain a white glove experience, reflecting SmithRx values and culture at every touchpoint.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience of sourcing top technical talent; experience in high-growth in-house or fast-paced agency environments highly preferred. • You collaborate well with engineering teams and have overcome hiring challenges through close partnerships. • You are an empathetic communicator, able to influence and build connections with people from a wide range of backgrounds. • You advocate for your candidates and take pride in facilitating excellent candidate experiences. • You are proactive
