📋 Description

• Respond to complaints and queries on behalf of clients across social media channels • Engage with online audiences and craft timely, professional responses in the brand’s tone of voice • Moderate social media communities to maintain welcoming, judgment-free, safe and inclusive spaces • Review graphic images and written content that violate community guidelines • Escalate content covered by escalation processes, including child safety concerns and bomb threats • Connect with brand audiences in French Canadian markets • Work across weekdays, evenings and weekends, including both weekend days • Cover approximately 16.5 hours per week across Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Canada based • Native-level French Canadian written skills • Great level of English language and grammar • Background experience in moderation, engagement, social customer care, and/or community management with a brand or digital agency • Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and different audiences • Confidence with digital technology and various technology tools and platforms • Comfortable working remotely • Windows 11 or Mac OS X version 14 (Sonoma) or higher with Admin credentials • At least 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended • Secure home broadband connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload • 40 GB available HDD • Webcam and headset • Android or iOS device for 2FA • Facebook account if required by the project • Chromebook, Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported • Touchscreen monitor must be used with a keyboard and mouse
