📋 Description

•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the APAC market. •Build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers, influencers, and partners. •Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. •Understand client needs deeply and position Wayfinder’s unique value proposition effectively. •Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, marketing, engineering) to align solutions with market demand and customer requirements. •Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies. •Work with and manage channel sales partners to develop business in new regions. •Represent Sofar at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in maritime, environmental tech, or related industries. •Strong understanding of the APAC market and its unique challenges and opportunities. •Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. •Fluent in English •Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
