📋 Description

• Own feature development across the full stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React • Partner with a small team of offshore developers • Provide guidance and ensure high code quality • Tackle technical challenges and find innovative solutions • Communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical team members • Contribute directly to the company’s AI-powered fintech mission as part of the founding team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development • Ideally, some exposure to the fintech industry • Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate • Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.js • Experience with SQL databases • Understanding of RESTful API principles • Advanced written and spoken English fluency required at C1 or C2 level • 70% backend and 30% frontend focus • Nice-to-have experience with Python, including data structures, control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and Pandas data frames • Nice-to-have familiarity with machine learning concepts or TensorFlow/PyTorch • Nice-to-have familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to deal with ambiguity • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing startup environment • Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology, fintech, and making an impact
