• Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4-6 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment & service programs. • Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments. • Coach and mentor others by providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities. • Foster consistency by ensuring alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, continuously strengthen business processes and drive value at customers and prospects • Implement and support performance planning and development conversations. • Collaborate closely with key customers, large/local accounts, and Key Account Managers, with clearly defined plans and shared accountability for execution. • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams.
• A university or college degree and experience selling in a B2B environment (specialty chemical sales preferred), with 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team. • A commitment to continuous learning and ongoing development of commercial and technical expertise. • Fully bilingual in French and English • The ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, achievable actions and responsibilities. • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to team success. • Strong relationship-building skills across customer organizations and internal partners. • Alignment with our company vision and values, with the ability to clearly communicate and reinforce them with your team. • A flexible, inclusive leadership style that motivates others and supports high performance. • Comfort using data and insights to make thoughtful, informed decisions. • A focus on setting clear expectations while creating opportunities for team members to grow and build skills that support both current and future success.
