📋 Description

• Lead, support, and develop approximately 4–6 sales representatives • Achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment, and service programs • Partner with the team to deliver district sales goals and budget commitments • Coach and mentor team members through clear guidance and constructive feedback • Ensure alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements • Identify efficiency opportunities, manage costs, strengthen business processes, and drive customer and prospect value • Implement and support performance planning and development conversations • Collaborate with key customers, large/local accounts, and Key Account Managers on execution plans • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams • Travel up to 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, practical experience within all F&B market segments, including dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, pharma, and intervention applications in beef, pork and/or poultry processing • Knowledge of Cleaning & Sanitizing (C&S), Water Treatment, and Food Safety • Real-world experience with chemistry applications, food safety and microbiology, and equipment dosing applications and installations • Excellent working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365 Platform, and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT • University or college degree • Experience selling in a B2B environment; specialty chemical sales preferred • 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team • Fully bilingual in French and English • Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, achievable actions and responsibilities • Collaborative mindset • Strong relationship-building skills across customer organizations and internal partners • Flexible, inclusive leadership style • Comfort using data and insights to make informed decisions • Ability to set clear expectations and create opportunities for team members to grow • Alignment with company vision and values
