📋 Description

• Own the Salesforce org end-to-end, including configuration, automation, security, data integrity, and performance • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and declarative tooling • Translate cross-functional business requirements into scalable, documented Salesforce solutions • Own the data model, object relationships, and automation architecture • Partner with Revenue Operations analysts to ensure reports and dashboards are supported by accurate Salesforce data • Design and build custom Salesforce apps, objects, and tooling • Drive data hygiene, duplicate management, and reporting accuracy • Manage and triage Salesforce change requests and communicate timelines • Review and approve all configuration and metadata changes before production deployment • Direct external partners by defining scope, priorities, solution reviews, and delivery validation • Use Sweep metadata mapping and impact analysis to inform changes • Audit and right-size third-party and integration-user permissions • Administer Salesforce Sales Engagement for the BDR team, including cadences, work queues, permissions, and dialer integration • Lead QA, test planning, regression testing, and UAT coordination • Own sandbox strategy and deployments using change sets or SFDX • Serve as final quality gate for production deployments • Maintain release notes, deployment change logs, architecture documentation, training materials, enablement resources, and runbooks • Monitor Salesforce org health, governor limits, and system performance • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Reduce technical debt by retiring unused fields, flows, objects, and automations • Own the Salesforce side of integrations and support the HubSpot–Salesforce sync • Develop working knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes • Understand order-to-cash data flows and resolve handoff issues • Build and maintain n8n or other automated workflows • Identify revenue-technology automation opportunities and support broader rev-tech tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering, building and developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud • Experience as the primary or sole Salesforce owner at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience owning an org without an architect above you • Hands-on Apex, including writing, debugging, and maintaining classes, triggers, and test coverage • Advanced declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes • Ability to build and maintain Lightning Web Components • Integration design and troubleshooting using REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, and middleware • Data model and architecture ownership, including object design and relationships • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce security model • Release management experience with sandbox strategy, change sets and/or SFDX, testing standards, and documentation • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required • Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or Platform Administrator II strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation tooling is nice-to-have • Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, Gong, Orum, Gainsight, Ironclad, RAMP, Snowflake, Zendesk, Intercom, Mindmatrix, or NetSuite is nice-to-have • Working knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes is nice-to-have • Background supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment is nice-to-have • Experience reducing technical debt or rationalizing an over-customized Salesforce org is nice-to-have • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire • Must be a Canadian Citizen, dual citizen, or eligible to work in Canada • Must comply with Solink’s security policies and standards
