📋 Description

• The Manager Channel Sales will manage and develop the German national team (focused on our largest partners). • This includes the CAEs and the CAMs. • The manager's main responsibility is to build and grow the Sophos business with national partners in Germany and across DACH. • This includes implementing the channel sales strategy and priorities with the team, as well as representing Sophos in C-level meetings and at key industry events. • Success will be measured by overall performance: KPIs, OKRs and quota achievement of the national team, as well as team members' performance and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of team leadership experience. • Several years of experience in 2-tier channel business; understands how it works and can operate supporting tools: Partner Portal, partner contracts, partner onboarding, and partner business planning. • Experience working with partners, customers and internal C-level executives. • Experience in Sales Operations and process optimisation. • Experience working in a commercial IT environment. • Channel sales experience. • Strong "can-do" attitude and determination to overcome objections and challenges. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. • Excellent leadership skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English. • Understanding of the sales and order process. • Knowledge of software licensing and hardware products. • Financial acumen with the ability to understand and forecast recurring revenue models. • Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
