📋 Description
• Client acquisition and retention • Develop and execute social/digital media marketing strategies • Leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, to improve productivity • Master high-ticket sales in a consultative selling environment • Coach, mentor, and support new team members to ensure their success
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Experience with high-ticket sales and consultative selling • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies • Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI • Coaching and mentoring experience • Experience working in the leadership development industry
