📋 Description

• Research available OTAs to determine which are best suited for different client projects • Track project deadlines and technical goals to ensure investments remain on schedule • Coordinate with university labs, suppliers, and sub-contractors to build strong teams for large projects • Review government requests to ensure proposals follow specific OTA guidelines rather than standard FAR rules • Manage contractual discussions with OTAs • Support high-impact technical solutions and analytic assessments for national security and submarine acquisition programs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience working with OTA agreements or defense consortiums such as ATI or NSTXL • Strong skills in organizing and editing business proposals and technical documents • Ability to quickly understand new, complex technical ideas and adapt to a fast paced work environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field • Must hold, or be able to obtain and maintain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance • Active Secret clearance highly preferred
