• 3-5+ years of experience working with employee benefits brokers • Strong working knowledge of the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to balance hands-on partner engagement with thoughtful prioritization • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
