📋 Description
• Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing on the design and execution of GTM • Manage the revenue operations for the entire life-cycle of our customer journey • Lead initiatives and activities to drive revenue growth and retention tied to OKRs and KPIs • Assist with pricing, quota setting, sales rules of engagement, deal desk, and commissions
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of revenue operations, data analytics, and/or finance/business operations supporting GTM orgs, particularly in SaaS markets • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally while supporting the needs of many stakeholders
