📋 Description

• Provide application support and issue resolution for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests • Design, develop, test, and deploy minor customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes • Configure PeopleSoft functionality to meet business and operational requirements • Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Integration Broker services, BI Publisher reports, SQRs, and SQL scripts • Support system upgrades, patches, regulatory updates, and environment migrations • Maintain security roles, user access, workflows, and system configurations • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support testing activities • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and change management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of PeopleSoft technical support and development experience • Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL • Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules in a production environment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor • Experience with FSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Asset Management • Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft PUM updates, and application upgrades • Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations • Proactive, customer-focused approach balancing operational support, technical development, and continuous improvement
