📋 Description

• Manage projects through development, implementation, and operational start-up, ensuring agreed-upon scope, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives are achieved • Define project objectives, deliverables, governance structures, resource requirements, and team responsibilities • Lead large-scale data migration initiatives and related modernization activities • Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource forecasts • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to project sponsors, executives, and stakeholders • Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies • Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate governance processes are followed • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and leadership groups to resolve issues and advance project objectives • Conduct critical path analysis and manage schedule coordination activities across multiple stakeholder groups • Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations • Ensure all project deliverables and milestones are completed according to established plans • Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and organizational change activities • Coordinate project sign-off activities and transition planning to operational teams

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing • 5 years managing complex projects involving large-scale data migrations • 2 years working within Canadian government organizations • 3 years managing projects with large, diverse stakeholder groups • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies • Experience leading modernization and digital transformation initiatives • Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation • Experience implementing and managing client-facing online applications and digital services an asset
