📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and transformation of information technology solutions within a healthcare environment • Manage complex clinical technology initiatives • Coordinate large multi-stream project teams • Work closely with senior clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders • Ensure the safe and effective implementation of healthcare information systems • Develop and coordinate operational and clinical requirements • Support standardization of clinical services • Monitor project progress • Manage stakeholder expectations • Ensure healthcare staff are adequately prepared for system changes • Report project progress to senior clinical management • Coordinate testing of HL7-based healthcare system integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner certification • Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification • 10+ years of Project Management experience implementing IT projects in healthcare environments • Experience reporting project progress to senior clinical management • Experience ensuring safe implementation of software solutions in clinical environments • 5+ years implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite in an acute-care environment • Experience coordinating Altera Sunrise implementations with clinical resources and management • Experience preparing healthcare staff for new system implementations • 5+ years directly testing or coordinating testing of healthcare information-system integrations using HL7 • 5+ years leading implementation of healthcare information systems at a provincial or state-wide level • Experience developing operational and clinical requirements and standardizing clinical services • 5+ years implementing large healthcare solutions in clinical settings • Experience managing high-level clinical stakeholders • Experience managing large, multi-stream project teams • Resource required to work from within Canada
