📋 Description

• Deliver training for clients, TMC partners, travel agents, company administrators, and internal teams across implementations, product launches, and ongoing education • Create and maintain presentations, guides, videos, job aids, exercises, and other learning resources • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, Customer Success, and Operations to understand functionality and training needs • Ensure enablement materials accurately reflect the product experience • Support client and TMC readiness through train-the-trainer programs, customized training, post-go-live support, and ongoing education • Gather learner and client feedback, identify knowledge gaps and workflow challenges, and improve training programs and materials • Participate in interviews including a final panel interview with a brief training presentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry, corporate travel, travel agency operations, travel technology, or a related environment • Strong understanding of travel booking and agent workflows • Hands-on experience with Amadeus • Knowledge of GDS and/or NDC workflows • At least 3 years of experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, or client-facing training and facilitating sessions for varied audiences • Experience creating training materials, presentations, documentation, videos, job aids, or other learning resources • Experience using AI tools for content creation, script development, and training/documentation workflows • Ability to learn complex product functionality and translate it into clear, practical training and documentation • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams • Flexibility for occasional early start times to support global client training sessions
