📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Provider provider recruitment to support forecasted demand and ongoing customer launches • Balance customer launch deadlines, urgent escalated member needs, and broader network expansion initiatives • Partner with Analytics, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to align network capacity with customer requirements and cost-of-scaling targets • Scale provider network coverage while focusing on quality and continuity of care • Oversee recruiter capacity, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines across target geographies and specialties • Implement AI tools and automated workflows for outreach, screening, SOP documentation, and operational reporting • Optimize candidate routing, workflows, and process cycle times • Coach, develop, and mentor team members while setting performance expectations • Ensure adherence to Provider compliance, quality standards, and credentialing handoff protocols • Meet monthly and quarterly hiring throughput targets and maintain cost-per-hire metrics • Deliver provider capacity for customer launches and forecasted demand surges • Drive team efficiency gains through workflow redesign and AI tool integration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment • At least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role • Proven track record in high-volume healthcare or Provider provider recruitment • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience partnering with analytics, customer success, and operations teams • Demonstrated ability to implement AI tools in daily operational workflows to draft SOPs, streamline candidate communications, track metrics, and scale throughput • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and translate operational recruiting metrics into actionable insights • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, fully remote environment • Ability to travel 1–2 weeks per year for company and team offsites • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or digital health recruitment preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent platforms; Salesforce ATS experience considered a plus
