📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions • Prepare and maintain technical accounting position papers and memorandums • Review customer, vendor, and other business contracts to determine appropriate accounting treatment under US GAAP • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and flux analysis • Partner with Legal, FP&A, Partner Alliance, Revenue and Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams • Assist with preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and Proxy • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures while maintaining SOX compliance • Report to the Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years total experience in a public company accounting role, Big 4 public accounting audit role, or combination • 2+ years in a technical accounting role • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • CPA license preferred • Microsoft Office experience • Advanced Excel skills • Microsoft Copilot experience • NetSuite proficiency in a multi-currency, multi-subsidiary environment a plus • Workiva SEC reporting tool experience a plus • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work longer hours at quarter end
