⢠12+ years of finance and accounting experience ⢠8+ years in senior leadership roles driving revenue accounting and operations strategy in high-growth SaaS or technology companies ⢠Proven experience in a publicly traded company, including SOX compliance and SEC reporting ⢠Deep understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition principles ⢠Experience building, scaling and managing global teams across revenue functions, including billing, collections, and order management ⢠Strong systems acumen, with experience implementing and optimizing ERP and revenue systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora) ⢠Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders ⢠Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field ⢠CPA or equivalent financial certification required
