📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Clay, and Claude Code • Contribute to data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows supporting outbound targeting, account scoring, and growth initiatives • Support integrations across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and Clay • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Enterprise AI Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success on scoped requests • Translate clear requirements into working solutions • Identify manual or repetitive work and propose simpler, automated approaches • Develop components of AI-powered agents and workflows for research, prospecting, and operational tasks • Grow into owning larger GTM engineering problems end-to-end • Report to the Senior Director of GTM Engineering & AI Enablement and work under GTM & Engineering Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, data analysis, marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar technical role within a SaaS or subscription-based business • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms • Working knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including data concepts and supporting integrations across GTM systems • Understanding of GTM business processes, including pipeline creation, seller execution, and marketing-to-sales handoffs • Ability to partner cross-functionally on defined problems and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes • Experience with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo preferred • Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and how to apply them to GTM workflows preferred • Exposure to sales engagement platforms (Outreach, 6Sense) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong) preferred • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
