📋 Description

• Act as a broad subject matter expert for service line Epic functionality and integrated third-party applications • Identify business best practices and define technical systems and enhancements with stakeholders • Research solutions and make recommendations • Develop detailed proposals covering feasibility, scalability, and costs • Suggest, design, test, implement, and evaluate solutions • Translate business needs into technical enhancements for configuration and business process changes • Code complex functions, including application tables and reports for multiple Epic applications • Test Epic builds to ensure quality delivery • Implement and stabilize core business applications • Research application infrastructure, hardware, endpoints, and database needs • Identify and solve complex problems using innovative methods • Research and recommend best practices for scalability, supportability, maintenance, and system performance • Analyze, prioritize, and organize technical requirements using data, diagrams, and flowcharts • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements • Troubleshoot complex integrated issues across applications and work with vendors to resolve them • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years' relevant experience with Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions • Experience in Epic builds required • Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules • EpicCare Inpatient Certification (Clin Doc, Orders, ASAP) • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0-25 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Frequent use of vision, depth perception, hearing, speech, and keyboard/data entry • Ability to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 25-50 lbs. • Ability to rarely climb
