• Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization. • Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) to develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery. • Analyzes new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies. • Designs and maintains Epic training environment build, scenarios, and role-based training materials. • Analyzes training data and reviews feedback to determine curriculum modifications.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years' experience • Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules • Knowledgeable of system standard workflows. • MST experience and a deep understanding of the revenue cycle to develop and deliver meaningful Epic education.
