📋 Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and associated systems • Repair fire systems, tube systems, nurse call systems, infant abduction systems, life safety components, paging systems, Med Gas systems, locks, doors, and related equipment • Complete repairs from work orders or verbal instructions and maintain required documentation • Identify and request parts and components needed for repairs • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives on equipment repair and replacement • Assist contractors with connections and shut-offs for water and fire systems • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, lighting, carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertop, shelving, and painting repairs • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including debris removal, heavy lifting, material movement, sweeping, and storage • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience • Two years' experience • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with some overtime and after-hours work • Ability to perform constant standing and walking • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 0-25 lbs. frequently • Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, minor construction, and facilities maintenance • No professional license or certification required
