📋 Description

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and staff • Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff • Assign, monitor, and review work progress • Monitor and report compliance with policies and procedures • Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates • Provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance • Perform Patient Account Representative duties • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Missouri Managed Medicaid or Medicare strongly preferred • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills • High school diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience • Three years' experience • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Ability to perform frequent near and far vision and color identification tasks • Ability to use hearing and speech for oral communication, including hearing alarms and malfunctioning machinery • No professional license or certification required • Must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
