📋 Description
• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for B2B fulfillment capabilities • Serve as the organization's foremost subject matter expert for B2B logistics • Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, scalable growth, and profitability • Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Solutions Design, Engineering, and IT • Develop innovative supply chain solutions • Own the B2B operating model and ensure operational readiness for complex distribution programs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 8 years of progressive supply chain or 3PL leadership • 5 years leading multi-site B2B fulfillment • Fortune 500 retail or omnichannel experience preferred • Executive customer engagement and transformation leadership • Technical Expertise: WMS, TMS, ERP, EDI • Warehouse automation and robotics • Power BI, Excel, AI-enabled analytics • Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement
