📋 Description

• Develop and manage project schedules • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate telecommunications and trade systems • Ensure compliance with STACK and tenant standards across the entire campus • Act as the primary liaison for telecommunications and DAS/ERRCS scopes • Lead coordination meetings and manage GC and subcontractor relationships • Resolve conflicts to maintain project integrity • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure • Serve as the subject matter expert for network implementation throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct site inspections and review documentation • Track deliverables and resolve issues for timely project completion and client satisfaction • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders • Communicate with vendors, GC, engineers, and subcontractors • Monitor material lead times and procurement status • Identify risks and implement contingency plans • Ensure systems are tested, commissioned, and documented during project closeout and handover

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of project management experience in network design and implementation • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects through all phases of delivery • Strong technical understanding of network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS/EPMS • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach • Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects or sites • Experience handling multiple large-scale projects with overlapping requirements and deliverables simultaneously • Proficiency with MS Word and MS PowerPoint • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening • Travel: <50%
