📋 Description

• Review and assess current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Develop and document clear, practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Build efficient workflows and processes for the firm’s day-to-day operations • Create training materials, guides, and other resources for existing staff • Develop a structured training program based on newly established processes • Train current staff and ensure they understand and can effectively implement new procedures • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where processes can be standardized • Establish systems that promote consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency • Make recommendations to improve overall team performance and workflow • Conduct follow-up check-ins after project completion to assess implementation and address necessary adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Process Improvement Manager, or similar role • Previous experience working in a law firm or legal services environment is a strong advantage • Strong experience developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes • Experience creating training materials and training employees • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze existing workflows and develop practical solutions • Comfortable working independently and managing a project from assessment through implementation
