📋 Description

• Own sales and profitability across the assigned Key Accounts portfolio. • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow revenue through effective contract negotiations and opportunity prioritization. • Drive alignment with corporate sales initiatives and collaborate with category leaders and senior leadership. • Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 direct reports, coaching them on sales methodologies, techniques, and strategic execution. • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team meetings to review sales performance, share insights, and develop skills. • Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture. • Oversee complex customer relationships, ensuring seamless engagement and long-term business success. • Attend virtual and in-person client meetings with Key Account Executives to support deal closures and relationship management. • Utilize data-driven insights and Next Generation Selling Tools to enhance the sales process and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: • 10+ years of sales and business development experience. • 5+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams. • Proven track record of managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and negotiating complex deals. • Skills & Competencies: • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and consultative selling skills. • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-caliber sales team. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Expertise in sales technology and CRM tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
